Providing details is not mandatory

You are not legally required to provide any details. Any details are provided of your own free will and solely for the purpose of contacting you.

What details are collected

• Details you choose to provide when contacting the firm, such as a name and a telephone number, and any further information you choose to share in your enquiry.
• Technical and anonymous information collected automatically to operate the site and to measure its use on a basic level (see the Cookie Policy).

Please note: the contact form on the site opens a WhatsApp message ready to be sent. The details you fill in on the form are not stored on the site's servers; they are passed to you as a draft message, and they reach the firm only if you choose to send it. Contacting the firm by telephone, by e-mail or on WhatsApp passes on the details you have chosen to provide.

Purposes of use

• Contacting you and responding to your enquiry.
• Providing legal service and advice within an engagement, if one is formed.
• Operating the site, maintaining its security and improving the browsing experience.

Attorney-client privilege

Information provided to the office in the course of legal advice or representation is covered by attorney-client privilege and by the professional duty of confidentiality that applies to lawyers, and it will be kept in accordance with the rules of the Bar Association and the provisions of the law.
